Experience Required:
- Degree or equivalent experience in IT or some applicable business or technical discipline.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role installing medium to large sized Electronic Document Management (EDM) systems.
- At least 5 years experience in successfully managing technology projects through the full project lifecycle, from conception through rollout and ongoing support.
- Experience of on-site support and troubleshooting problems involving multiple systems and technologies on a range of platforms.
- Experience of analysing and documenting system and business requirements.
Here's some stuff they'd appreciate a strong working knowledge of:
- Windows Server Technologies incl. Server 2003 & 2008
- Windows Client Technologies incl. XP & 7
- Web Server Technologies, in particular IIS 5.0, 6.0 & 7.0
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008 incl. T-SQL & Reporting Services
- Microsoft .NET Technolgy
- Active Directory Architecture
- Networks, in particularly TCP/IP
- Microsoft Office 2000, XP, 2003 & 2007
- Conceptual understanding of SOAP and XML
- Kofax Ascent Capture 6.0 & above an advantage
- Document Management and workflow.
